It spawns in room 216 but i cant see it there I've tried it 5+ times on day and night I think i may have picked it up a few days ago but maybe didnt turn it in
Ofcorse deaths have occured since then but now when i go back into that room it just doesnt spawn

With that being said, i would just keep on trying to run it over and over to see if you can finally get it to spawn If there is another part you still need to grab, maybe go try getting that one first and then check again for the one that isn't spawning for you. Basicaly u get the movement and pickup sound but if u check ur quest inventory u never got it
