It has the optimizations done by gloriouseggroll and it maintains even its own repositories I have not tried it, but because of ge my guess is this one is the most optimized for games Afaik it is not using an immutable filesystem, so it is able to break You rely on a very small team of maintainers, so i don't consider this distro future proof.
