Got a confirmation this am that i have/chose the s2 standard aggressive grip At some point i want to put wide lim pro safeties on my stock 3, which came with the regular width ambi Now that i think back about the day we tested, i can't imagine me needing anything more aggressive
Will it fit, with or without machining/fitting, and, assuming i'm reading the below quoted rule correctly, it should be production legal, right It's literally designed for my thumbs personally 21.6 exchange of minor external.
Hey all, just purchased a sweet custom built sti eagle from a forum member here
Gun is great.just one small issue that i've found that i'm hoping y'all can help me with.the gun has an ed brown ambidextrous safety I need this because i am a lefty When i disengage the safety, the left side. Unfortunately, i lost the right side safety & pin during the reassembly (tanfo limited custom)
Does anyone know where to find silver right side safety & pin I would like to get an extended safety but if not that normal safety that came with the gun in fine Searched the web for an hour. Looking for something with a smaller safety for the non dominant side
San tan tactical makes an ambi lower that's pretty slick, though it's another of the big, chunky billets
Paired with one of the more lightweight options for an upper, it could probably get you something close to what you're looking for, i guess. So if you can get ambi safeties on guns from the factory, then you can put one on your usp, and if it will still fit in the box, then it's legal The published width of the usp is 1.26, so i doubt that a safety lever would add almost 3/8 to the gun, but it could, and the published width might be slide width or grip width, and not maximum. Since the grips (hogue fancy hardwood) were not very expensive i decide.
A personal favorite about the tanfo line is the way i can't help but park my thumb on top of the safety and hold it down while i shoot the gun
